Arch Amenities Group acquires Innovative Spa Management, Privai and Spa Space

Arch Amenities Group (AAG) announced the acquisition of Innovative Spa Management, Privai and Spa Space, in which it acquired a majority stake.
AAG* is a global provider of full-service wellness, amenities and meeting services for commercial and residential properties, hotels and private clubs.
Barry Goldstein, CEO of AAG, said the acquisition will see the company’s network of spa customers grow to over 70.
“It also provides us with a dynamic technology platform to manage and further improve these facilities, as well as our other 260 wellness, leisure and convenience spaces,” adds Goldstein.

The new additions
Innovative spa management provides spa consulting and management services for the hospitality industry, including design, strategic planning, feasibility assessments, brand development and spa operations designed to support its clients’ branded facilities while increasing their value and profitability.
Private manufactures botanical skin care products and opens spas and salons offering personalized services and treatments, including massages, facials, skin care, waxing, hair care, manicures, pedicures and make-up services. Privai currently operates five salons in the Washington, DC metro area.
Spa area is a SaaS platform designed to improve spa utilization and generate revenue through a proprietary algorithm that assesses customer preferences and connects them to a network of therapists and spas.
The software provides real-time reservations and contactless check-in and check-out while automating payments, scheduling and staffing.
A growing team
Along with the acquisition, Ilana Alberico and Christina Stratton, who co-founded Innovative Spa Management in 2006, joined AAG’s management team.
Alberico was named President of Spa Space and Stratton as Chief Product Officer and Chief Creative Officer in charge of Privai.
Alberico will also provide spa and wellness thought leadership for AAG’s original spa management portfolio and oversee the day-to-day operations of Innovative Spa Management’s hotel spa clients.

Clients of Innovative Spa Management’s hotel spas include the Grand Hyatt Nashville, Tennessee; Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, Florida; The Inn on Biltmore Estate, Asheville, North Carolina; Willard InterContinental Washington D.C.; InterContinental Washington DC – The Pier; Orlando World Center Marriott; Marriott’s Cypress Harbor Villas, Orlando; Caribe Royale Orlando; and Marriott’s Autograph Collection properties with select Kessler Collection Poseidon spas.
