European qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup: all the results

The European Qualifiers are now over, with 13 nations securing places for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The group stage was the first to be completed on November 16, as ten teams won their group to secure World Cup qualification: Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Netherlands, Serbia , Spain and Switzerland.
Europe’s three remaining World Cup berths were then determined via the play-offs. Wales won the last of them in a play-off final with Ukraine on June 5, after Portugal and Poland won their own decisive matches.
The World Cup draw was held in Doha in April for the tournament which runs from November 21 to December 18 in Qatar. Check out all the matches here.

Qatar friendlies
UEFA has invited the reigning Asian champions Qatar national team to prepare for the 2022 World Cup. Qatar joined Group A along with Portugal, Serbia, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg and Azerbaijan and played their ‘home’ games in Europe to allow their opponents less time to travel.
As the next World Cup hosts, Qatar are automatically in the tournament, meaning their results have not counted for qualification. Below is the full recap of Group A results following the UEFA invite.
