By Craig Clough (Oct 22, 2021, 9:53 p.m. EDT) – The former CFO of cannabis giant MedMen told a Los Angeles jury on Friday, in light of his breach of employment and retaliation, that he had no choice but to resign after discovering a possible illegal transport of marijuana and stock market manipulation.

Former MedMen CFO James Parker gave his testimony on the first day of the lawsuit against MedMen and its co-founders Andrew Modlin and Adam Bierman, saying he owed him millions on his employment contract.
