MLB names most likely Braves trade chip at 2022 trade deadline

Believe it or not, the trade deadline is August 2. The Braves need to make some moves, and knowing GM Alex Anthopoulos, they won’t sit idly by. MLB Pipeline has an idea of who it could make available in a potential deal:
You’ve heard of the big names that could be distributed at the deadline.
But which prospects might be on the move? We’ve targeted one for each team: https://t.co/AejPuv74u3 pic.twitter.com/2uTis9gTNb

MLB Pipeline thinks it’s likely that Tucker Davidson will be moved if a trade is made, and I tend to agree with them:
Braves: Tucker Davidson, LHP (No. 5)
Sure, the Braves’ system is slimmed down, especially after the Matt Olson deal, but that’s never stopped them, and they still have some throwing depth to deal with. Davidson has shown he has the skills on the left side to compete in the major leagues and a rebuilding team could give him a longer audition in a rotation or bullpen role.
Davidson is already 26, but he’s shown some flashes in the majors and is closer to MLB than most guys. I doubt he could be the centerpiece of a major deal, but he is certainly an attractive arm for many rebuilding clubs. I don’t know if the Braves will make a big splash or a few little ones, but at 26 with a rotation lockout, I wouldn’t be shocked to see Davidson involved in a trade.
