This Hawks-Mavs trade features Bogdan Bogdanovic
The Dallas Mavericks currently sit in fifth place in the Western Conference and have won eight of their last ten games. making them one of the hottest teams in the NBA in recent times. They have rebounded from a rocky start to the year and are looking to be one of the contenders to come out of the West.
In a strange twist of fate, however, it’s not Luka Doncid leading the charge for Dallas – it’s Kristaps Porzingis. Over the past ten games, Porzingis has averaged 22.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 3.0 assists while shooting 51.3% from the field and 38.5% from deep.
Despite this, the team could still use other scorers on the roster.
Outside of these two and Jalen Brunson, almost everyone else on the roster has been pretty inconsistent in terms of production. Dallas might want to take a look at the scoring trade market ahead of the NBA trade deadline.
